Upon arrival, as a four-star hotel, there was a bellboy at the entrance greeting us with our bags, and a security guard who assisted with opening the car door (excellent service). At night, the moonlight was nearly full, with the lights of Bogor’s residential houses below. Just before dawn, Mount Salak was fully visible from base to peak, completely clear without any fog, masyaAllah. The standard room isn’t overly large, but the bedding is clean, fragrant, and neatly arranged. Bathroom amenities are complete, and both coffee and tea are provided. Only drinking water is available to avoid plastic use; guests must collect it from the hallway using the glass carafe provided in the room. Slightly inconvenient, but we fully support the 'go green' initiative. The receptionist (Andien) was extremely friendly and helpful. I arrived at 10:00 to confirm my app booking since I might check in after 15:00 due to a school reunion. Andien provided a solution for early registration, meaning even though the room wasn’t physically ready, I had already secured my booking."
