Practical Tips for Visitors

To ensure an optimal experience, visitors are advised to wear comfortable footwear with good grip, as the tourist trails feature a considerable length with several downhill sections. If accompanying elderly individuals or young children, ensure they are closely supervised, as wet paths during rainfall can increase the risk of slipping. Visiting on weekdays is highly recommended to avoid crowds and enjoy a more peaceful atmosphere. Finally, maintain the cleanliness of the area by disposing of trash in designated bins, as the maintenance team conducts routine sweeping throughout the day.

Visitor Reviews

"The entrance fee is 49k per person, not including parking (motorcycle is 5k). Really great, especially for those looking to refresh amidst greenery. This place is highly recommended. Properly maintained, clean toilets, and the walking routes are also well-designed, so you don't feel tired as you can enjoy nature. Inside, there are several attractions like putt-putt golf, horse riding, wooden bridge, flying fox, etc. (additional fees apply per attraction but remain affordable) 🥰 To return to the parking lot, a free shuttle is provided, so there's no need to walk back tiredly 👍🏻👏🏻"

"Actually, this orchid forest is great for taking photos. It's just a pity that some areas require an additional fee. For example, crossing the bridge costs another 20k. I think visiting once is sufficient, and weekdays are definitely better. After finishing, a shuttle is provided to take you back to the parking area."

— Rianti L (3/5)

"Of all the places in Lembang, this is my favorite because it's truly peaceful. It's perfect when you're feeling overwhelmed and just want some quiet time. The air here is cool, refreshing, and surrounded by lush greenery. The prayer room is clean, spacious, and equipped with prayer garments and mats. Restrooms are plentiful. On the way back to the parking lot (entrance), a free shuttle picks you up at the exit gate. The place is incredibly clean, as staff are still sweeping even in the afternoon. So please don't litter! Sustainable greetings 🫶🏻"

— Dewi Khairunnisa (5/5)

"The area is very spacious... It's highly enjoyable inside for refreshing yourself and family gatherings... There are plenty of restrooms and an adequate prayer room. Staff are friendly and efficient. There are many photo spots and cafes as well... Not recommended for the elderly, due to numerous downhill sections and slippery paths, especially during rain... My suggestion is to provide shaded areas or gazebos along each path leading to the exit, as covered spots are very limited when it rains... Thanks to the parking attendants and shuttle drivers... Very friendly"

— Yonkou Yonz (4/5)

"The atmosphere is completely different when you visit the orchid forest—it's cool, quiet, serene, and truly peaceful. The trail is long with slight inclines, so I recommend wearing comfortable shoes to enjoy the walk without foot pain. The orchid forest is very child-friendly since there's a mini zoo, a kids' play area like a castle, flying fox, and horse riding. Restrooms are plentiful and clean, with cool, refreshing water."
