The AC is super cool, and most importantly, the room is impeccably clean, fragrant, and fully stocked with amenities. Because I booked this suite category, I gained access to the lounge, which is available for suite guests. Snacks include cake, pasta, salad, and chicken noodle soup/meatballs (the menu changes daily). Since I brought a 3-month-old baby, they provided a baby crib as well. The service here is truly the best; besides being efficient, the staff are proactive. I asked to refill 2 water bottles and they brought 5! Haha."
