"I visited on a holiday, and it was super crowded.. but honestly, the museum is amazing, I learned so many new things here.. but since it was our first time, we didn't know that exiting the parking lot and paying required a card. The guard got a bit upset 😊 saying, 'Why don't you have one? You're high school students.' Okay, sir, sorry, but we didn't know, and not everyone has a card.. we also didn't know we had to use one 🥹🥹 but the guard still helped us get out, though."
"The prayer room has been upgraded into a mosque... It's huge, air-conditioned, and comfortable (it was small before. Around December 2025). A suggestion for improvement: the women's restroom near the mosque has a slightly unpleasant odor. To enter the immersive room (35rb), you still have to buy a museum ticket (50rb; adult), so the total is reasonable.. all 85rb. Almost all escalators are out of order. The Nusantara facial detection exhibit is also not operational 😭, and there's no info about it either."
